 來自新潟的越乃雪椿酒造在釀造此酒時選用了精心挑選的酒米和新鮮的天然水釀造，精米步合達60%，低溫發酵產生的香氣柔和且濃郁。入口時有著清新的花香，當中亦帶酒米的旨香，兩種香氣的平衡做得很好，及後的辛口感使其適合搭配油份比較少的肉類。
