除了可以冷飲之外，亦可用燗酒(溫飲) 的方式帶出另一種層次感
來自日本山口縣大嶺此無濾過生酒於釀酒過程中並未進行過濾和火入工序，
保留並展現酒米更強烈的香氣和個性，並帶微碳酸口感，追求甜味、
酸味與旨味的極緻平衡，並帶有華麗花果香氣，十分適合作為佐餐酒之用。
